I was skeptical because nothing I tried ever worked. Check out my Fitbit photos for proof, I actually slept! Very important, be sure to hold it properly or I didn't feel anything. It has to be touching just under your fingers, not the middle of your hand. I did still wake up a lot, but used it again and fell right back to sleep. I hope it will help me train myself to sleep through the night, but such a difference in my sleep with the first use. Amazing!

This bizarre little device makes it so my wife can sleep (and get back to sleep) relatively quickly. It somehow calms her down and slows her heartrate - it actually gets her heartrate to a lower level than normal resting rate. It helps me sleep as well, and we got a second one so we can both use one, and in case one breaks. You need to find the right intensity setting to feel the zapping, without it being distractingly strong. Moisturizing your hands can help. Highly recommend
